Be aware of what you think

How our mind works:

we make the believe,

then the belief makes us,

then we receive what our beliefs are.


The brain loves what is familiar which can be negative feelings, addictions, fear, pain, and more.


How to get out of negativity:

Make anything unfamiliar you don't want to have anymore and make familiar what you want.


Praise yourself. There is nothing wrong with it.


Make praise familiar and negativity, self-destructive thoughts unfamiliar. 


Use positive words.


Keep linking pleasure to what you are doing.


Take time out and surround yourself with people who make you feel happy and good.
