Have you ever started something and then abandoned it halfway?
Especially tasks that are required to be done regularly, such as yoga, going to the Gym, or visiting a painting class, or...

Me, many times. I usually start excited, but after several repetitions, I get bored and stop for a few days or leave it for good.
This year has become the year of giving myself challenges and fulfilling them!
Thirty days of Yoga in a row each morning, and the most challenging one I started last Sunday is to get up each and every morning for 12 weeks and write three pages in handwriting. Yep, before breakfast... just out of bed..
It's day three now, and a long way to go.
