Me, many times. I usually start all excited and then after several repetitions I get bored and stop for a few days or leave it for good.
This year has become the year of giving myself challenges and fulfill them! 30 days Yoga in a row each morning and the most challenging I started last Sunday is to get up each and every morning for 12 weeks and write 3 pages in handwriting.. yep before breakfast... just out of bed..
It's day three now and a long way to go.
