Once treatment is over, everyday life begins.

Working together for lasting well-being

Psychotherapy and medical treatment can be crucial steps in supporting people going through difficult periods in their lives and enabling change.

However, once therapy has been successful, another important task often begins: embedding these new insights, strategies and changes into everyday life in a lasting way.

This is exactly where my work comes in.

As a certified Coach for Stress Management, I support people in recognising their warning signs at an early stage, understanding their stressful patterns and developing strategies they can use in their everyday lives – so they can maintain their resilience in the long term.

My support is explicitly intended to complement medical and psychotherapeutic treatment – not to replace it.

Working together for people’s wellbeing

I do not wish to come between people and their therapy. I want to help ensure that positive changes in everyday life are sustained.

I aim to foster a trusting collaboration between different disciplines – with a shared focus: the long-term wellbeing of the people entrusted to our care.

Successful support is achieved where medical, psychological and preventive approaches work together respectfully.

When collaboration may be beneficial

Complementary support can be particularly helpful:

  •  following successful psychotherapeutic treatment, when new insights need to be sustainably integrated into everyday life

  • to prevent burnout and exhaustion

  • for people experiencing high levels of stress who wish to make changes at an early stage

  • to strengthen resilience, self-care and stress management skills

  • in cases of recurring patterns of stress and behaviour that the individual wishes to change consciously

  • to develop a healthy approach to one’s own limits and resources

Key areas of my support

  • Sustainable stress management

  • Burnout prevention

  • Building resilience

  • Recognising warning signs at an early stage

  • Developing self-care

  • Recognising and respecting your own boundaries

  • Understanding and changing stressful patterns

  • Integrating new, healthy habits in a sustainable way

My Approach

I believe that lasting change does not come about through increased pressure, but through understanding, self-reflection and small, consistent steps.

I do not help people cope with more, but help them look after themselves better.

  • Health and success do not have to be mutually exclusive.

  • Lasting performance arises when people are aware of their resources and manage them mindfully.

Thanks to my many years of international leadership experience, I understand the specific challenges faced by high-achieving individuals, managers, and entrepreneurs first-hand.

Today, I combine this perspective with my work as a certified Stress Management Coach – helping people to stay healthy and maintain their vitality in the long term.

An invitation to collaborate

I look forward to professional exchanges with doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists who also place people at the heart of their work.

Together, we can help ensure that change not only takes place, but becomes sustainable in everyday life.

High performance should be sustainable—not exhausting.
